Distant Sales Agreement
DISTANT SALES AGREEMENT
This Distant Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between You Can Social (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
1. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale of social media services including, but not limited to, followers, likes, views, and other related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by the Seller to the Customer through the Seller's website or any other agreed platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for Services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3. Order Process
3.1. The Customer may order Services through the Seller's website or any other agreed platform.
3.2. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received by the Seller.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. All prices for the Services are listed on the Seller's website and are subject to change without notice.
4.2. Payment for the Services shall be made in full at the time of order placement, through the available payment methods.
5. Delivery of Services
5.1. The Seller agrees to deliver the ordered Services within the time frame specified at the time of order.
5.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1. The Customer may cancel an order before the Services are delivered for a full refund.
6.2. Refunds are not available once the Services have been delivered unless the Seller fails to deliver the Services as specified.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
7.2. The Seller's liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the Services.
8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with the terms of service of the relevant social media platforms.
8.2. The Customer agrees not to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities in connection with the use of the Services.
9. Confidentiality
The Seller agrees to keep all Customer information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
11. Dispute Resolution
